Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your OXXO Saudi account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all brand tags and invoices included to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Hand Over to Courier

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the parcel from your registered Saudi address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
